Help Adult Respite Care (HARC)

This vital program is part of the Helping Elders Live in Place initiative and is offered every Tuesday in the lower level of Rangeley Family Medicine. The program provides a stimulating and safe place for seniors who are suffering from memory loss, isolation or related aging issues requiring full time care.

The HARC program offers their caretakers a respite, a well-deserved day of rest. If you or someone you know is in need of this essential service, or if you are interested in knowing how you may be able to help, please give us a call at 207-864- 4397 ext. 4.

AJ's FAT Bike Raffle!!!

Congratulations to the winners of the Fat Bike Raffle. Fall Programs

Fall Programs for Youth!

Soccer Camp for grades K-5 begins September 11th.

Mon, Thur, Fri 3-4:30 PM, Tu 2-3:30 PM. 

Kids can ride the school bus. $10 per day or $100 for the entire program. Register here: Soccer and CIA Registration

*Children In Action (CIA) will begin Monday, October 23rd

NEW ZUMBA Classes!

Megan Mcguire is an ACE certified group fitness instructor, ACE certified personal trainer, as well as a Liscenced Zumba, Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr. Instructor. She has a passion for Senior and Youth fitness as well as helping others establish habits. As a busy mom to three children,  Megan enjoys going hiking or snowshoeing (depending on the season), cooking with her kids, and reading. She looks forward to bringing Zumba classes as well as other fitness classes to Rangeley and it's surrounding areas! Megan will be holding kids Zumba on Wednesday afternoons and Adult Zumba on Friday evenings. For more information call the fitness center at 864-3055.
