Helping Elders Live in Place
Help Adult Respite Care (HARC)
This vital program is part of the Helping Elders Live in Place initiative and is offered every Tuesday in the lower level of Rangeley Family Medicine. The program provides a stimulating and safe place for seniors who are suffering from memory loss, isolation or related aging issues requiring full time care.
The HARC program offers their caretakers a respite, a well-deserved day of rest. If you or someone you know is in need of this essential service, or if you are interested in knowing how you may be able to help, please give us a call at 207-864- 4397 ext. 4.

ROAR- Rangeley Outdoor Adventure Run is back!
How many rounds can you complete in 60 minutes? This course will be located all on the Rangeley Fitness Center property. The clock will start with 60 minutes and count down as you run/walk through multiple obstacles including hurdles, rock carries, tire flips, land crawls and more! 9am start time $15 per person or $20 per team of 2. (Teams of 2 will participate in a tag team fashion where one teammate completes a round and tags his/her partner who then completes the next round. This rotation continues until the 60 minutes is up.) We will also offer a Mini ROAR at 8:30am for children under 13 years old. This will be one lap and include multiple obstacles. Youth Summer Soccer by Hawk for ages 10-13 will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays July11th- August 10th. Middle School Soccer Camp August 14-24, Monday- Thursday 12-2pm.

Summer Yoga with Karen Returns
We are delighted that Karen Sheingold is returning to the Fitness Center to offer yoga for her 13th summer! With warmth, humor, clarity and a calm presence, Karen teaches classes that are life-affirming, heat-opening and empowering. Her class will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-10:15am from June 26th through August 25th. (no classes August 14-18) Drop-ins are welcome but you may also sign up for the entire summer program.
