RHW is a non profit 501(c)3 dedicated to bringing quality health and wellness services to Rangeley and the surrounding communities. Helping Elders Live in Place
Help Adult Respite Care (HARC)
This vital program is part of the Helping Elders Live in Place initiative and is offered every Tuesday in the lower level of Rangeley Family Medicine. The program provides a stimulating and safe place for seniors who are suffering from memory loss, isolation or related aging issues requiring full time care.
The HARC program offers their caretakers a respite, a well-deserved day of rest. If you or someone you know is in need of this essential service, or if you are interested in knowing how you may be able to help, please give us a call at 207-864- 4397 ext. 4.
Winter Senior Socials Thank you to all our volunteers, coordinators, hosts, bakers, dishwashers and soup makers for hosting another year of the very popular and engaging Winter Senior Socials. We could not do it without your amazing time and dedication!

Thank you all for a very informative visioning session. Approximately 50 residents came together to discuss what services were available in our community, what services were needed and what types of seminars or learning opportunities would be most utilized. For the results please click HERE. Working together we can make a difference, and it is our hope that everyone can take a piece of the pie to make strides toward keeping our community healthy, active and economically sound!
Let's Think Summer!
July 3rd - Join us for the 20th Annual Duck Race to help support programs and services for all ages. This annual event follows the doll carriage children's parade and prizes, generously donated by the local merchants, are awarded for the first 60 ducks to cross the finish line!
