Join Pam Ellis in Barre exercises which will pin-point muscle groups, increasing strength and control. Stretching and simple movement combinations will build flexibility and stamina, as well as increasing body awareness and balance.

No dance training is required.

Dress: regular work-out clothing and bare feet

All fitness levels will be accomodated
