Rangeley Connects is a project of Rangeley Lakes Heritage Trust, Rangeley Health and Wellness, and The Trust for Public Land. We are convening community members between June 2018 and March 2019 to develop a vision that connects people across the community, leverages the Appalachian Trail and other trails, improves community health and wellness, and increases year-round economic activity in the community. We want to connect people to the region’s natural assets and trails, attract visitors and families, and create new educational opportunities for youth. Rangeley Connects will build on existing plans, such as the 2012 Rangeley Comprehensive Plan, and focus on a set of immediate actions. Ready to help? Great! Come to our next community wide meeting at the Rangeley School on Thursday September 27th from 3:30-6:00 pm.
