We are delighted to welcome Karen Sheingold back to Rangeley Fitness for her 14th summer of yoga!
With warmth, humor, clarity and a calm presence, Karen teaches classes that are life-affirming, heart-opening and empowering. Her classes meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9-10:15, from Monday, July 2, through Friday, August 17.
In her yoga program, Karen takes you on a journey of self-discovery, encouraging you to explore and appreciate your body, mind and heart. As you practice the full range of poses, you learn how to align your body to make the poses effective and safe. As you move with your breath, you bring a clear, calm focus to your practice. As you strengthen, stretch, create balance, improve agility, breathe, heal and relieve stress, you come more fully into your authentic self.
Drop-ins are welcome, but we encourage you to sign up for the whole program. Not only is it a great deal even if you miss some classes (comparison numbers here), but, when you commit to the program, you’ll show up for much more yoga this summer. Learn more about Karen at www.karensheingold.com. Feel free to contact Karen at firstname.lastname@example.org.
