Polarity Yoga is a gentle and effective way to promote balance and harmony through out the various systems of the body. You need not be strong or especially limber to start benefiting from Polarity Yoga. It is a great way to start or end the day, to relieve stress or tension and to relax. The emphasis is on quality, rather than quantity and mastery. This class will also include a short guided meditation at the end to add to your blissfulness! Please wear loose and comfortable, breathable clothing to move and allow for your energy to move freely! Mats will be provided, as well as chairs for those who have compromised knees or backs..
